About The Role
The Branch Operations Executive will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations, specifically in the CLM Domestic BFSI department. This position is responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of branch operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient processes and excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales activities and provide necessary back-office support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially in relation to customer data and privacy.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members, sharing best practices and knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive information.
- Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot any technical issues and provide feedback for system improvements.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a back-office or operations capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools for data management and analysis.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes, staying updated with industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.
