About The Role

Zensar Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead to own the quality assurance and DevSecOps practice for its Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFDC) platform. The role blends hands‑on manual testing, advanced test automation, and security integration to ensure robust, scalable e‑commerce solutions for our global clients.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for SFDC e‑commerce applications.
Lead manual testing efforts, including functional, regression, and UAT for Salesforce solutions.
Integrate security testing tools and practices into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
Collaborate with product, development, and security teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Mentor and guide a team of QA engineers, fostering best practices in automation and security testing.
Create and manage test data, environments, and test scripts for end‑to‑end e‑commerce workflows.
Monitor test execution, analyze results, and drive defect triage and resolution.
Implement performance and load testing for high‑traffic e‑commerce scenarios.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (PCI DSS, GDPR) through security test coverage.
Continuously improve testing processes, reporting, and metrics to enhance product quality.
8–10 years of experience in QA automation and manual testing for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFDC).
Strong expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Protractor, Apex Test Execution).
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab) and DevSecOps tooling.
Solid understanding of e‑commerce workflows, payment gateways, and cart management.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience integrating security testing (SAST, DAST, OWASP) into automated pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor QA teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Tester, ISTQB, DevSecOps) are a plus.
