The ideal candidate is a data-obsessed digital marketer who understands the nuances of each advertising platform, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes through paid media. You will own the end-to-end management of paid campaigns from strategy and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting; while collaborating closely with the creative, content, and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to each platform’s audience, ad formats, and bidding mechanisms balancing brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion objectives.
- Execute and manage all campaign components including audience targeting, keyword research, ad copy, creatives briefing, bid strategies, budgets, and landing page alignment.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis, making data-driven decisions to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and Quality Score.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Manage and allocate media budgets efficiently across platforms, ensuring optimal spend distribution based on performance data and business priorities.
- Build and leverage audience strategies including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, remarketing lists, and LinkedIn-specific targeting (job title, industry, seniority, company size) to maximize campaign precision and relevance.
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to brief platform-specific ad assets (static, carousel, video, and stories) ensuring creatives are optimized for each ad format and platform requirement.
- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure including UTM parameters, conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports and campaign insights to internal stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithm updates, new ad formats, beta features, and industry best practices to ensure campaigns leverage the latest capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally with the SEO, CRM, and analytics teams to ensure paid media efforts are integrated with the broader marketing ecosystem and customer journey.
- Manage agency or vendor relationships where applicable, overseeing deliverables, quality of work, and ensuring alignment with internal strategy.

- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure (ABO and CBO), audience building, creative testing frameworks, and dynamic ads.
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager dashboards for performance monitoring and attribution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and translate insights into optimization strategies. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
