Arrange work plan for procurement planning section.
Build good relationship with vendor.
Represent Procurement to receive requisitions form from user.
Responsible to manage, monitor, and evaluate the internal processes to achieve continual improvement.
Ensure the effective implementation of overall policies and procedures.
Perform budget stock & non-stock request validation received by procurement support.
Provide advice and input to user about materials needed based on price evaluation.
Analyze and set up financial estimation for the overall needs of the Business Unit (e.g., price estimation, alternative vendors, specification variance, budget usage).
Conduct vendor evaluation and provide further suggestion for vendor continuance/change required and/or adjustment.
Evaluate & monitor vendor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations & to determine need for changes.
Management Support Activities:
Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)

Work Exposure/ Experience

Minimum 2 years working experience in Senior Staff, or
Minimum 4 years working experience
