The Opportunity
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Marketing & Commercial Strategy Senior Associate, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy practice, you will work closely with clients to identify growth opportunities, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role, you will analyze client needs and provide consulting services across different strategic areas, offering guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies that align with their business objectives and drive growth. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop strategic recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations
- Providing consulting services across various strategic areas to align with client business objectives
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic planning
- Utilizing data analytics to generate insights and support decision-making processes
- Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies to enhance client profitability
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to drive transformation
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to support strategic initiatives
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and deliver actionable solutions
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and business strategy skills
- Utilizing data analytics to inform strategic solutions
- Excelling in communication and active listening for client engagement

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
