Job Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items according to café standards.
Deliver a warm and professional service to create an exceptional consumer experience.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and café environment.
Assist in inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures.
Stay updated on café promotions and menu offerings to engage employees effectively.

Requirements

Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
At least 1-2 years of prior barista experience in a café or F&B environment, with a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and café operations preferred.
Able to work independently when required and as a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
