About Us

360 DESIGN AGENCY GmbH is a digital and branding agency based in Vienna. Our team brings years of experience in brand strategy, web development, digital marketing, performance campaigns, and AI-driven business solutions.

We're looking for experienced, self-employed sales agents to represent our services to businesses across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.

Our Services

Branding and brand strategy
Web design, e-commerce, and custom digital platforms
Digital marketing, social media, and performance advertising
Monthly marketing and growth packages
Synachron — our AI-based platform for market simulation and decision intelligence

Your Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential business clients
Build new client relationships across Austria and the DACH market
Arrange and conduct initial sales meetings
Present our services and solutions
Guide prospects through to contract signing

What We Offer

20% commission on actual net payments received
For ongoing contracts, 20% commission on payments for the first twelve months
High-value services with strong long-term revenue potential
Professional presentations, references, and sales materials
Technical and strategic support for client conversations
Direct collaboration with management
No exclusivity requirement during the first three months of collaboration

Ideal Profile

Self-employed commercial agent with a valid trade license (Gewerbeberechtigung)
Existing network among SMEs, startups, trading companies, service businesses, or larger organizations
Experience selling marketing, digital, IT, SaaS, or consulting services
Very good German language skills; English is a plus
Independent working style and professional demeanor

Compensation Model

This is a purely self-employed collaboration — there is no employment relationship and no fixed salary. Commission is calculated upon receipt of client payment. VAT, advertising budgets, external production costs, and third-party costs are excluded from the commission calculation.
