As a Finance Junior Accountant , you will join our Finance Department and support one of our Finance teams in operational and project-related activities.

Depending on business needs and your profile, you may have the opportunity to join teams such as

This opportunity will give you exposure to different finance processes and help you develop a broad understanding of how Finance supports business performance in a global company.

Financial Operations & Analysis

You will support daily finance activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with internal procedures and company standards.
Your responsibilities may include financial analysis, reporting, reconciliations, process monitoring, cash management activities, and supplier- and customer-related processes.
You will analyze data, identify discrepancies and contribute to problem-solving activities that support effective decision-making and operational excellence.

Stakeholder Collaboration

You will work closely with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders, supporting cross-functional activities and ensuring effective coordination across teams.
Building strong relationships and maintaining reliable financial information will be key to supporting business objectives.

Systems, Projects & Continuous Improvement

You will contribute to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, testing activities and Finance projects aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
Working alongside subject matter experts, you will help drive improvements and gain valuable exposure to the financial processes and systems of a global organization.
What makes you unique

You hold a master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines.
You have a strong interest in financial processes and business operations.
You are analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.
You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in Finance, Accounting or Administration will be considered a plus.
You communicate effectively in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Spanish or other languages will be considered an advantage.
You are proactive, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.

Salary range: 28.000 – 30.000 € based on skills and professional experience.
