- As a Finance Junior Accountant , you will join our Finance Department and support one of our Finance teams in operational and project-related activities.
Depending on business needs and your profile, you may have the opportunity to join teams such as

- Consolidated Entities Governance
This opportunity will give you exposure to different finance processes and help you develop a broad understanding of how Finance supports business performance in a global company.
Financial Operations & Analysis
- You will support daily finance activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with internal procedures and company standards.
- Your responsibilities may include financial analysis, reporting, reconciliations, process monitoring, cash management activities, and supplier- and customer-related processes.
- You will analyze data, identify discrepancies and contribute to problem-solving activities that support effective decision-making and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- You will work closely with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders, supporting cross-functional activities and ensuring effective coordination across teams.
- Building strong relationships and maintaining reliable financial information will be key to supporting business objectives.
Systems, Projects & Continuous Improvement
- You will contribute to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, testing activities and Finance projects aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Working alongside subject matter experts, you will help drive improvements and gain valuable exposure to the financial processes and systems of a global organization.
- What makes you unique
- You hold a master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines.
- You have a strong interest in financial processes and business operations.
- You are analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in Finance, Accounting or Administration will be considered a plus.
- You communicate effectively in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Spanish or other languages will be considered an advantage.
- You are proactive, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.

Salary range: 28.000 – 30.000 € based on skills and professional experience.
