The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with the business acumen to understand how logistics and material planning decisions impact broader organizational goals.

  • Build and automate data pipelines that consolidate information from multiple enterprise systems (ERP, warehouse management, transportation management, supplier portals) into unified, reliable data sources.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on logistics network performance, cost drivers, and process bottlenecks to support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models (e.g., demand forecasting, inventory optimization, network simulation) to support long-term MP&L strategy.
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques where appropriate to uncover trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear, compelling visualizations and narratives.
  • Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across analytics tools; document methodologies and maintain version control.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to scale tools, integrate new data sources, and ensure system reliability.
  • Stay current on emerging analytics platforms, visualization tools, and industry best practices in supply chain analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Nechatronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles, ideally within manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain/logistics environments.

  • Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database structures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
