About The Role

One Touch Direct is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to oversee our accounting operations and lead a team of Accounting Analysts. In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity of the general ledger, the monthly and annual closing processes, and ensuring full compliance with Colombian accounting standards and tax regulations.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Education

Certified Public Accountant (Contador Público) with a valid Professional License (Tarjeta Profesional)
Postgraduate degree desirable

Experience

5+ years of experience in accounting areas
Proven team leadership experience (this role leads the Accounting Analysts team)

Skills & Knowledge

Solid knowledge of Colombian accounting standards and IFRS
Strong understanding of tax and fiscal obligations in Colombia
Hands-on experience with monthly and annual accounting closings
Bank and balance-sheet account reconciliations
Preparation and review of financial statements
Familiarity with internal and external audit processes
Advanced Excel and Power BI; QuickBooks required, BUK knowledge desirable
English level: B2–C1
Broad knowledge in balance-sheet account reconciliation, financial statements, tax, magnetic media (medios magnéticos), and payroll (nómina)

Salary: $5,300,000 COP
Allowance: $500,000 COP
Commission: Not applicable
Work Location: Conecta 80, Bogotá
Schedule: 42 hours per week, 2 days off
