About The Role

Inspire Brands is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Technology positions across our enterprise. This role will serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring leaders and HR partners, developing and executing recruiting strategies that attract top technical talent in a competitive market.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage complex searches across a variety of technical disciplines, proactively build talent pipelines, leverage market intelligence to influence hiring decisions, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of Technology positions, including individual contributor and leadership-level roles.
Partner closely with Technology leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Function as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, talent availability data, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence.
Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive technical talent.
Develop diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent community engagement.
Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates against technical, behavioral, and leadership competencies.
Drive a positive, high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Manage offer development and negotiation in partnership with hiring leaders, HR, and Compensation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
3+ years of experience recruiting for Technology roles.
Demonstrated success recruiting across technical functions such as Software Engineering, Architecture, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Product Management, and IT.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
Strong sourcing capabilities utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction tools.
Experience working within an ATS, preferably Workday.
