  • Salary: €36,605.00 per annum
  • Hours of Work: 39 hours per week

Job Description

Mediavest t/a Core is seeking a Client Manager to join its team in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating media campaigns across multiple client accounts and supporting day-to-day client service delivery.

The role involves working with internal teams to develop, implement, and monitor media plans, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage media campaigns from planning through to execution and completion
  • Coordinate the development of media plans in collaboration with internal teams
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries and day-to-day account management
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide updates and reports
  • Analyse campaign data to identify insights and recommend actions
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign delivery
  • Manage campaign amendments and ensure updates are communicated effectively
  • Assist in preparing campaign reports and client presentations
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered in line with agreed processes and quality standards
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and financial reconciliation processes

Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a media, marketing, or advertising-related role
  • Experience supporting or managing media campaigns
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable (not essential)

  • Experience with digital media or marketing tools
  • Experience with campaign tracking and reporting tools

  • This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dublin 2
  • Standard working hours are 39 hours per week
  • Annual salary is €36,605.00 per annum
