About The Role

Responsibilities Manage the product lifecycle for a suite of mobile modules, serving as the business and functional point of contact. Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into detailed functional specifications. Model business processes using BPMN to define as-is and to-be states. Coordinate impact analyses regarding legal, security, and technical constraints. Collaborate with internal and external technical partners to ensure the successful delivery of new features. Drive change management activities, including user documentation, training sessions, and second-line support. Maintain regular reporting on product progress and strategic alignment for program leadership.

Requirements You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst . You possess 3+ years of experience in business process modeling using BPMN . You bring 1+ years of experience in change management and end-user support. You have 1+ years of experience working within the public sector . You're experienced in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional requirements. You possess strong communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers. You bring a proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset. You have excellent analytical skills with a focus on product value and user needs. You possess an active knowledge of Dutch , French , and English . Nice to Haves Experience with mobile application development lifecycles.
