Location: Irving, TX
- Compensation: $18.00/hour ( $2.00 shift differential after 5:00pm )
- Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. (or until job completion) .
Role Summary
As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) , you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment , you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center
- Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
- Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
- Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
- Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
- Flexibility : Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

- Are you 18 years of age or older?
- Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
- Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
- Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
- Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
- Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
- Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
- Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience?
