ABOUT THE ROLE

The Honeywell Technologies Future HR Leaders Program is designed to help emerging talent accelerate their careers in Human Resources through a variety of targeted learning experiences, professional development opportunities, and meaningful business exposure.

As an intern, you will leverage your HR knowledge and functional expertise to support key human resources initiatives and business objectives. You will gain hands-on experience addressing real-world business challenges while partnering with HR professionals and leaders across the organization.

During the summer internship, you will lead impactful projects aligned with Honeywell Technologies strategic HR priorities, take ownership of initiatives from concept through completion, and deliver meaningful contributions that drive business results. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop critical professional skills, and present project outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership.

After completion of the internship, interns will be considered for an opportunity to join Honeywell Technologies Future HR Leaders rotational program after graduation.

Location: This position is available in multiple locations across the United States.

The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

The hourly base rate for this position is $37.00/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Technologies considers various factors when extending an offer, including (but not limited) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree at an accredited college or university in Human Resources or Labor & Employee Relations degree
  • Anticipated Graduation Date between December 2027 and August 2028 and ready to start full-time work between January 2028 and June 2028
  • Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

Interning at Honeywell Technologies provides hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, professional development, and mentorship within a global organization. Interns will receive relocation benefits and short-term housing if they are 50 miles or more from their assigned work location (excluding Puerto Rico and Canada).
