Temporary Facility Cleaner

• Duration : 3 work weeks, starting Aug. 31, 2026 and ending Sept. 18th, 2026
• Pay : $20 per hour

Responsibilities

1. Perform thorough cleaning of apartments during turnovers, including but not limited to:

• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Dusting surfaces, wiping down countertops, and cleaning appliances.
• Sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
• Removing trash and debris.

1. Assist with minor painting tasks as directed by team lead.
2. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards of cleanliness and quality.
3. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
4. Communicate any issues or concerns to the team lead promptly.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in cleaning and/or painting preferred but not required.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
4. Reliable and punctual.
5. Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
6. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
