About The Role

Gritter Francona is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to provide advanced data analytics and project management support for federal healthcare initiatives. The analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data using advanced models and algorithms and translate findings into actionable business recommendations for management.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
Develop data models, reports, dashboards, graphs, and charts to communicate findings.
Present analytical results and recommendations to project managers, business leads, and senior leadership.
Support project management activities, including tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, costs, and performance.
Provide regular status reporting and data-driven insights to support project and business decisions.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple systems.
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, workstream sponsors, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
8 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, or a related field.
Strong experience with complex healthcare data and analytical techniques.
Experience developing data visualizations, reports, and analytical models.
Experience supporting project management and federal healthcare programs.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
