About The Role

As a Process Operator Level 3 here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing industrial processes to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You will be responsible for monitoring process systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain production quality and meet operational goals.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an on-site work schedule. 1st shift Flex 5x8 M-F 0630-1430

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our refining and petrochemical operations by applying advanced process control techniques and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and safety.

  • Monitor and control process equipment and systems to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
  • Implement safety and environmental policies to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support process improvements and equipment reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of process parameters and operational activities.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in process operations within Chemical Plating and Heat Treat industries, demonstrating strong operational knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  • In-depth understanding of process control systems, safety protocols, and environmental regulations relevant to industrial process operations.
  • Ability to operate and optimize complex process equipment and instrumentation to maintain production efficiency and quality.
  • Experience with process monitoring software and control room operations to analyze data and make informed decisions.

WE VALUE

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process operations or a similar role within the refining or petrochemical sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Knowledge of safety management systems and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic operational demands.
