McLeod Home Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care throughout Horry County. In this role, you will help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life by delivering occupational therapy services in the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate, plan, and provide occupational therapy services based on physician orders.
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, Occupational Therapy Assistants, Home Health Aides, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans designed to maximize patient function and independence.
  • Accurately document patient progress and maintain compliance with regulatory and agency standards.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment goals, adaptive techniques, and home safety.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current South Carolina Occupational Therapy License.
  • BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
  • Minimum of six months of experience in home health or another healthcare setting preferred.
  • Valid South Carolina driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Must meet McLeod Health driving eligibility requirements.
  • Strong communication, documentation, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Schedule

Full-Time | 80 Hours Biweekly
