PwC Belgium's Human Capital team is migrating its worker instructions, policies, and knowledge materials to a new SharePoint environment. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to support this transition project during the month of October 2026.
You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the HC team to ensure that all content is accurately reviewed, cleaned, reformatted, and correctly migrated to the new platform, ready for use by employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the review and clean up existing HC documentation (policies, work instructions, guides, FAQs, etc.) before migration
- Reformat content to align with new SharePoint templates and style guidelines
- Upload and organize content within the new SharePoint structure
- Create and verify internal links, references, and cross-document connections
- Check for outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent content and flag it to SMEs
- Collaborate closely with SMEs to validate content accuracy and completeness
- Maintain a tracking overview of migration progress
- Support with basic quality checks (broken links, formatting errors, accessibility of documents)
Profile We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor/Master), any field of study
- Highly structured and organized, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with digital tools and quick to learn new platforms (SharePoint experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong written communication skills in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus
- Able to work independently once instructions are given, while also collaborating effectively with different stakeholders
- Professional attitude and reliable, given exposure to internal company processes and content
- Proactive mindset — comfortable flagging issues or asking clarifying questions
- Available full-time for the full month of October 2026
What We Offer
