About The Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join MX's 3P Finance team to be our Finance Cost to Serve and External Fulfillment lead for 3PMX. Our 3P (Third-Party) business includes Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) and Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN) channels. With Sellers contributing to over 65% of Amazon MX online sales, 3P's FBA channel is integral to Amazon's ability to deliver on its goal of offering a vast selection of products at low prices to <customers.In> this role, you will serve as the Finance Business Partner for Amazon Mexico's External Fulfillment channels — including Easy Ship and Seller Flex — owning end-to-end financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic guidance for these businesses. Beyond channel partnership, you will lead the Cost to Serve agenda for 3P MX: identifying cost reduction opportunities, building scalable profitability frameworks, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Business, and Delivery Experience (DEX) teams to drive structural improvements in unit economics.The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, a track record of effective business partnership, and the ability to deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. You will be expected to independently develop financial frameworks that connect operational inputs to P&L outcomes, influence senior leaders through rigorous data-driven storytelling, and hold cross-functional teams accountable to shared cost and profitability targets.
