About the role
As an Operational Quality Engineer at AROA, you’ll help support the quality and compliance of our products and manufacturing processes. Working closely with our Manufacturing and Quality teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a regulated medical device environment while helping to identify and resolve quality issues.
Your responsibilities will include
- Support the review of manufacturing batch records and product release activities in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GDP (Good Documentation Practice) and internal quality requirements
- Provide day-to-day quality support to the manufacturing team, including inspections, labelling and product preparation
- Assist with investigations into quality issues and non-conformances, and support the implementation of corrective actions
- Support the review of manufacturing-related quality documentation and help ensure procedures are followed
- Work with the Quality and Manufacturing teams to promote quality requirements and good manufacturing practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities that strengthen quality processes and systems
*Please note: This is a 6-month fixed-term contract
What You’ll Bring
You’ll have a genuine interest in quality, safety and compliance, along with a relevant science or engineering degree. You’ll also bring:
- An interest in developing your knowledge of Quality Management Systems, GMP and GDP
- Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving approach
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities in a regulated manufacturing environment
