About The Role

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, Technical Infrastructure Operations, the Senior Manager, Network Services & Delivery is responsible for the leadership, performance, and reliability of enterprise network services, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Internet connectivity across all company locations. This role is accountable for coordinating infrastructure-related project delivery and audit activities across Infrastructure Operations. The Senior Manager, Network Services & Delivery plays a critical role in balancing operational stability, project delivery, and audit readiness, acting as a central coordination point to ensure consistent execution, visibility, and compliance across infrastructure initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

Infrastructure Delivery & Operational Coordination

  • Coordinates and drives infrastructure-related deliverables across IT projects, ensuring alignment across Network, Systems Administration, End User, and Security teams.
  • Oversees project timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication to support successful and timely delivery.
  • Provides second- and third-level escalation support for complex network issues, balancing incident resolution and operational priorities with project and audit commitments.
  • Identifies cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery gaps and works collaboratively with stakeholders to strengthen infrastructure operations, processes, and execution.

People Leadership & Team Development

  • Leads a best-in-class team, fostering collaboration and partnership across IT and enterprise functions to deliver meaningful business results.
  • Provides leadership, coaching, mentorship, development, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness, accountability, and high-quality outcomes and integration across teams.

IT Governance, Audit & Compliance

  • Acts as the primary coordination lead for infrastructure-related audit activities, partnering with domain managers to manage audit requests, evidence collection, control validation, remediation tracking, and status reporting.
  • Supports the development, implementation, and ongoing adherence to IT policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and internal controls to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Infrastructure Strategy & Continuous Improvement

  • Drives alignment across Infrastructure Operations by identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and enhance delivery effectiveness.
  • Promotes consistent practices, governance, and operational discipline across infrastructure functions to support the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of IT services.

Educational and Functional Requirements

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in IT, including leadership and people management experience.
  • Post-secondary education in a technology-related field.
  • Cisco Certification or suitable combination of education and experience required
  • Strong background in enterprise network operations and infrastructure environments
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating IT projects or workstreams across multiple teams
  • Experience supporting or coordinating IT audit and compliance activities (e.g., SOX, PCI, regulatory environments)
  • Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or similar IT governance frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities
  • Proven ability to manage competing demands across operations, projects, and audit activities

Minimum Salary (CAD $)104,500.00 - Midpoint Salary (CAD $)129,000.00 - Maximum Salary (CAD $) 154,500.00
