Tasks and Qualifications

What You Will do in This Role

Ensure the efficient operation, performance, and security of enterprise applications within the organization.
Establish and maintain effective incident management processes to track and resolve problems efficiently.
Manage and optimize applications that are vital to business processes and decision-making.
Coordinate enhancements for homegrown and commercial software solutions.
Implement solutions that align with strategic business objectives, foster seamless integration between applications, and ensure end-users have reliable access to the tools and data they need.
Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including installation, monitoring, and support.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT support, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and implement application changes.
Collaborate and share information with other Platforms and Service Owners.
Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in application administration to recommend improvements and innovations that align with organizational goals.
Embrace continuous learning and self-development.
Support application rationalization initiatives.
Work with technology partners and consultancies.
Support the simplification and consolidation of applications.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Application Administrator or in a similar role.
Minimum 5 years of functional experience.
Experience administering operational procedures to ensure services run smoothly.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced English level.
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
C# language experience.
