About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Engineer to support the successful execution of automation and warehouse solutions projects for a world-class customer. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, installation teams, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders, you will play a key role in coordinating onsite activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and successful project delivery from installation through customer handover.

What You Will Do in This Role
- Support the execution of onsite project activities from project mobilization through final handover.
- Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and customer representatives.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure activities are performed according to project plans, drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Assist with commissioning readiness activities, punch list management, and site acceptance preparation.
- Support daily and weekly project meetings, providing status updates on progress, risks, and action items.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, safety records, quality documentation, and inventory records.
- Coordinate material deliveries, inventory tracking, and site logistics activities.
- Work closely with installation and commissioning teams to resolve technical issues and remove execution constraints.
- Support site safety initiatives, including toolbox talks, audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with customer communication and provide technical updates throughout project execution.
- Support customer acceptance testing and project handover activities.
- Participate in project closeout, demobilization activities, lessons learned reviews, and final documentation turnover.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Construction Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting industrial projects, installation activities, construction projects, automation projects, or site execution environments.
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, cross-functional teams, and customer stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of industrial installations, commissioning activities, construction processes, or automated systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, specifications, and installation documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing reports, tracking project activities, and maintaining project documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems is a plus.
- English proficiency sufficient to participate in meetings and communicate with global teams.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as required by project needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse automation, conveyor systems, material handling equipment, robotics, or industrial automation.
- Experience supporting commissioning, startup, FAT, SAT, or customer acceptance activities.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, EHS requirements, or industrial safety regulations.
- Experience working with Amazon or large-scale distribution and fulfillment center projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced project environment.
