About the role

• 提供进驻客户工作现场的设施管理服务
• 工作地点为深圳市

What this job involves

• 严格遵守各系统安全操作规程，防止发生事故。
• 依时到达工作岗位，负责对管辖区域进行巡检、完成报修工作，对当值时发生的问题应及时处理，紧急及疑难问题应及时向工程经理汇报。
• 电梯的性能、构造和使用方法，每天按要求准时开启和关闭电梯，确保电梯的正常运行。
• 配合电梯专业公司完成周、月和年度保养的任务，并检查保养质量，经确认后记录存档保管。
• 及时处理应急停机故障，接到应急故障后应迅速奔赴现场，先将电梯中被困人员救出，然后排除电梯故障。
• 做好电梯、电梯间和电梯机房的清洁工作，做到无污迹、无灰尘、无垃圾。
• 积极参加业务学习和技术培训，提高业务技术水平。
• 负责核实电梯设备维修、保养计划完成情况，按照项目要求进行周及月进行汇报。
• 负责每年电梯年检工作。
• 负责电梯设备设施运行数据、状态的统计、分析和日报、月报、季报、年报工作。
• 适时修改电梯工作中所需的指导书、表格。
• 完成给电梯维保单位完成情况评审工作，外包工作进行监督。
• 配合各工种的工作，完成领导交给的其它任务。

Sound like you? To apply you will have

• 2年以上物业项目电梯运维管理工作经验，同时具有空压机管理经验者优先，具备基本机电设备故障分析能力，持有特种设备安全管理员证；
• 有较好的沟通能力及团队协作意识；
• 能使用office办公软件、CAD等；
• 有甲级写字楼或大型制造业工厂工作经验优先；
• 持有电梯上岗证。
