About The Role
What this Job Entails
The Time Administration Analyst works with program managers, supervisors and others in Astreya who use the time keeping system and data to ensure accurate reporting of time and attendance every pay period. The Time Administration Analyst monitors and validates time keeping records to ensure compliance with timekeeping guidelines set forth by Astreya policy.
Scope
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
- Works on problems of limited scope
- Receives detailed instructions
Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Review timecards for completeness
- Provide weekly reports to management and supervisors
- Make adjustments to employee timecard data as instructed by supervisors
- Responsible for ensuring all timecards are compiled and timely approved in order to process bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payroll
- Research, troubleshoot and respond to a wide range of inquiries related to time & attendance
- Develop operational and technical expertise of the INTACCT timekeeping system
- Provide feedback and recommendations to Finance management on process improvements, policy and procedures related to timekeeping

Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 0 to 2 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Builds stable working relationships internally
- Follows standard practice and procedures when analyzing situations or data
- High degree of attention to detail, accuracy and follow through is a must
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to solve problems, manage time and multiple projects effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to embrace change
- Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with timekeeping systems
- Experience in analyzing data and reporting results
Physical Demand & Work Environment
- Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
- Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
- Must be able to use a computer
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively
- Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
