Mosaic Life Care, a physician-led, multi-specialty health care system, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our established ENT practice in St. Joseph, Missouri. This position combines the resources of an integrated health system with the advantages of practicing in a welcoming, family-friendly community.
The ENT team consists of 3 physicians and 1 APP, supported by experienced nurses, LPNs, medical assistants, patient care representatives, and audiologists. The clinic is located in a state-of-the-art Mosaic medical office building that brings together primary care, specialty services, outpatient imaging, laboratory services, and pharmacy resources to enhance the patient experience.
- Full-time employed position
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Typical patient volume of 15-20 patients per day once established in the role
- Comprehensive onboarding with direct physician mentorship
- Structured training alongside experienced ENT physicians, with a gradual transition to managing an independent patient schedule as comfort and competency develop
- Patient evaluations, clinic triage, post-operative follow-up, ear cleanings, inpatient rounding, and procedural assistance

PA Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Current DEA licensure or ability to obtain
- Surgical experience preferred but not required
- Interest in learning ENT-specific procedures and clinical skills
