About The Role
Assistant Director – Chelton Loft Clubhouse | Make a Difference. Lead With Purpose.
The Fedcap Group is seeking an Assistant Director to support the leadership and daily operation of Chelton Loft Clubhouse, a psychosocial rehabilitation program serving adults living with serious mental illness.
Working closely with the Director, you'll help lead a recovery-oriented, member-driven environment based on the Clubhouse Model while supporting staff, program quality, compliance, member engagement, and day-to-day operations. You'll also serve as Acting Director when the Director is absent.

What You'll Do
- Assist the Director with daily Clubhouse operations and program leadership.
- Supervise and develop staff, interns, and generalists.
- Monitor program performance, quality, documentation, and compliance.
- Support Clubhouse International Standards, regulatory requirements, funder requirements, and accreditation activities.
- Participate in quality assurance, audits, training, and continuous improvement.
- Support members in accessing employment, education, healthcare, housing, benefits, and community resources.
- Participate in strategic planning, outreach, community partnerships, and program development.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, welcoming, and compliant Clubhouse environment.
- Serve as Acting Director during the Director's absence.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in social work, rehabilitation, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in behavioral health, psychiatric rehabilitation, Clubhouse services, or a related human-services setting.
- Knowledge of Clubhouse International Standards.
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
- Flexibility and a genuine commitment to rehabilitation and recovery.

Compensation
$66,300 – $70,000 annually
