About The Role

As a Sr HR Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will oversee HR initiatives, manage complex projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR strategy and business objectives. You will report directly to our HR PM Director and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosí, México location on a Hybrid work schedule.

As a Sr. HR Project Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and governing Honeywell's global HR case management operating model. This highly visible individual contributor position serves as the owner of HR Services case management governance, ensuring employees across the organization receive an outstanding service experience through efficient, compliant, and scalable HR support processes.

Reporting directly to the HR Services leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of the HR case management framework, which supports a global HR Services organization operating through ServiceNow.

In this role, you will influence how more than 400 HR Services employees interact with and manage employee inquiries, requests, and issues across multiple HR disciplines, including payroll, benefits, employee data, and other HR services. You will partner closely with HR leadership, operations teams, digital HR teams, and global stakeholders to drive operational excellence, customer experience, quality, compliance, and innovation.

This role offers significant visibility across the HR organization and provides the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in ServiceNow, HR case management, process governance, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and customer experience transformation.

  • Own and govern the global HR case management framework within ServiceNow.
  • Manage and continuously improve HR Services workflows, case routing, and operating standards.
  • Ensure employees can easily access HR support through a clear and user-friendly service catalog.
  • Maintain and update HR service offerings, case taxonomy, and categorization structures.
  • Lead governance of HR case management processes supporting a global HR Services organization.
  • Monitor and optimize Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Analyze KPIs, audit results, and Voice of Employee (VoE) feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Digital HR and technical teams to implement ServiceNow enhancements and new functionalities.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and self-service capabilities to improve HR service delivery.
  • Ensure cases are routed efficiently to the appropriate teams while maintaining workload balance.
  • Define and maintain HR case quality standards, certification requirements, and audit processes.
  • Conduct quality reviews and governance audits to ensure consistent case handling practices.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements, including GDPR.
  • Lead cross-functional projects related to HR Services transformation, process optimization, and operational excellence.
  • Develop recommendations and action plans based on operational performance trends and business needs.
  • Partner closely with HR Services leadership to drive strategic initiatives and service improvements.
  • Present service performance metrics, audit findings, risks, and enhancement opportunities to senior stakeholders.
  • Influence global HR operating practices by establishing governance standards and best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HR case management, ServiceNow governance, and employee experience initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Service Delivery, Project Management, Process Governance, or Continuous Improvement roles.
  • Experience working with case management platforms, ticketing systems, or service management environments.
  • Experience managing operational KPIs, quality metrics, SLAs, audits, and process performance.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations including GDPR.
