About The Role

Design and implement high-performance backend solutions in Avaloq / Oracle stack
Deliver end-to-end execution from specification to production
Build scalable, reusable components across accounting modules
Optimize SQL / PL-SQL performance and system integration
Ensure correct implementation across layers (Kernel / Baseline / Client)
Proactively resolve defects with focus on root-cause elimination
Drive automation, testability, and engineering standards
Collaborate with BAs to ensure smooth translation from requirement → execution
Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Oracle DB, and backend engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience
Experience with Avaloq Script or similar core banking platforms
Proven ability to deliver in SLA-driven, production-critical environments
Strong capability in performance tuning and system integration
Ability to work across complex financial/accounting logic
Ownership mindset with focus on delivery reliability and maintainability
