About The Role

Closely monitor and suggest initiatives to enhance the efficiency of sales operational systems, including the sales dashboard, CRM, call center, and sales operation protocols, ensuring seamless operations and maximum productivity.
Track the overall performance of the sales team, promptly alert supervisors to any issues that arise, propose viable recommendations and prepare detailed performance reports.
Track the overall performance of commercial served customers and promptly alert supervisors to any issues
Gather product feedback from the sales team and monitor competitor activities, providing valuable insights to product development teams and supervisors to drive product improvements and strategic decisions.
Incharge the setup and delivery of add-on services to customers, including logos, banners, and promotion payout, ensuring timely and accurate service provision.
Handle sales-related paperwork for the sales team and monitor customer payments to ensure compliance with legal and finance team requirements.
Take charge of ad hoc projects and analysis assigned by supervisors.
University Graduate with minimum 1 years of experience
Strong analytical, problem solving skill and attention to details. 
Possess good business understanding of digital products 
User-focused mindset and a “can do" attitude. 
Good data processing skills and be familiar with SQL, Big Query, Data Studio, etc. Ability to translate data into business insights.
Able to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure
Good data visualization and presentation skill 
Teamwork skill in order to collaborate across-teams
