About The Role

Your typical day will include: 

Supporting client engagements through quantitative analysis, research, report writing, and economic modelling, including macroeconomic forecasting, Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) modelling, Cost Benefit Analysis, Input-Output modelling, and econometric analysis.
Contributing to the development of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
Supporting business development, thought leadership, and marketing initiatives that strengthen and grow the Economic Advisory practice.
Engaging with clients and stakeholders through interviews, workshops, presentations, and surveys.
Providing guidance, mentoring, and quality assurance support to junior team members.
Collaborating with colleagues across Deloitte to bring together multidisciplinary insights and deliver impactful outcomes for clients.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are ideally someone with

A postgraduate qualification in Economics, Data Science, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
Approximately 2-3 years' experience in economic consulting, policy, government, or a related analytical environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams and deliver high-quality, client-ready outputs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and apply sound judgement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging and presenting to a range of stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to support, coach, and develop others.
A genuine interest in economics and public policy, with a desire to create meaningful impact.
Strong initiative, accountability, and a proactive approach to professional growth and development.
