About The Role

Meet the Team

We're Cisco Silicon One™—the heart of Cisco's Silicon Operations organization and the engine behind our next-generation networking devices. Our Supply Planning team operates like a start-up inside a global technology leader, and we're proud of it: Cisco has ranked in the Gartner Global Supply Chain Top 25 for nearly a decade, most recently landing at #4 in 2026. We lead with simulation, digital-twin models, and AI-driven insights to plan, adapt, and stay ahead of a fast-growing, complex fabless supply chain. Ready to help launch the next generation of products before they even hit full production?

Your Impact

As Product Planner, you will orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain for an assigned portfolio of products spanning pre-production readiness through mature, high-volume manufacturing—building the Constrained Supply Plan and Buy Plan that keep supply aligned with demand at every stage. You'll place purchase orders for wafers and advanced package materials, validate capacity assumptions from our Capacity Planning team each cycle, and advocate for your products during cross-functional interlocks to protect customer commitments. You'll present your own supply status directly in our monthly Supply Review, deliver a weekly report highlighting key issues and actions, and reconcile near-term schedules against your longer-range plan to keep execution on track. Working closely with Demand Planning, Foundry Planning, and Master Scheduling, you'll help ensure consistent, reliable supply across your portfolio—regardless of where each product sits in its lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Product Planning, Supply Chain Program Management, or equivalent roles.
  • Experience managing end-to-end supply plans, including purchase orders and capacity coordination, within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools such as Excel-based models.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting products through pre-production readiness and ramp into high-volume manufacturing within a semiconductor or advanced packaging environment.
  • Experience with backend assembly and test (OSAT) coordination, including capacity and scheduling interlocks.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented mindset with a track record of proactively identifying and resolving supply risk before it impacts production.
  • Comfort independently presenting analysis, status, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
