Job Description
Provides support and assistance to CSR’s in maintaining the appointed book of business, achieving growth and improving customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Daily production and delivery of:
- Proof of insurance
- ID Cards
- Providing policy declaration pages to insured, CPA, mortgagee, etc.
- Policy processing – compare policy received from insurance company to prior policy at renewal. Update EPIC as needed.
- Initiate change requests made to companies via EPIC & company website if available
- Process endorsements, reinstatements, and renewal quotes in a timely manner
- Produce and process policy cancellations timely
- Review and process suspense activities daily
- Assist with customer phone calls for non-coverage issues or questions
- Complete and process company payments online and in EPIC for direct bill/sweep transactions
- Assist CSR’s and process mail as requested
- Punctuality and attendance is required to perform such duties.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or higher
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Property and casualty insurance license preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to learn personal insurance terminology and coverage forms.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
