About The Role

We are excited to provide you with opportunities to grow.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, analytically rigorous Finance Transformation Specialist to join the Corporate FP&A team and support the evolution of Finance from a reporting function into a data-driven, insight-generating strategic partner. This role sits on the "change" side of the FP&A operating model, contributing to the design, automation, and continuous improvement of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, leveraging advanced BI, AI, and data governance capabilities to accelerate decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Systems Enablement

  • Oversee design, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital finance systems (SAP, SAC, Power BI ecosystem), acting as a technical product owner for Finance.
  • Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation platforms, advanced analytics) to expand FP&A's analytical capabilities.
  • Support system implementations and migrations (e.g., SAP BW4/HANA, SAC), including data migration, validation, and reconciliation where relevant.

Process & Operating Model Transformation

  • Map current-state ("as-is") FP&A processes and design future-state ("to-be") workflows to eliminate manual effort, redundancy, and risk.
  • Identify and propose end-to-end automation opportunities to enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, moving toward more streamlined and touchless operations.

Data Governance & Integrity

  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks ensuring integrity, security, accessibility, and regulatory compliance across SAP and digital finance systems.
  • Partner with IT, Data, and cross-functional finance teams to enforce data governance policies and standardize master data definitions.
  • Monitor and enhance data quality controls supporting FP&A's planning, forecasting, and management reporting outputs.

Data Analytics, Visualization & Insight Generation

  • Transform raw financial and operational data into actionable insights supporting strategic decisions, using Power BI, DAX, and SAC Analytics.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies affecting business performance and flag them proactively to FP&A leadership.
  • Develop self-service dashboards and standardized reporting products to reduce ad hoc reporting cycles.

Change Management, Collaboration & Leadership

  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change management for transformation initiatives, applying structured frameworks to secure adoption across Finance and business partners.
  • Provide training and coaching to FP&A team members on analytics tools, data governance practices, and new ways of working.
  • Present transformation roadmaps, project status, and business impact to senior finance and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or postgraduate certification in finance, analytics, or change management is a strong plus.
  • Experience with SAP (ECC/S4/BW4HANA) and other core financial systems preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or finance transformation programs, ideally including process redesign or automation projects.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Power BI, DAX, SAP SAC Analytics, and Advanced Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation is a plus.
  • Solid grounding in data governance principles and regulatory/compliance standards for financial data.
  • Spanish proficiency: Intermediate to advanced
