Community Nursery Nurse – Children's Health 0-19 Service based within the Health Visiting Service £35,520- £36,585 inclusive of the high cost area supplement – Scale 6 To work as part of the London borough of Newham (LBN) Children’s Health 0-19 service as part of a skill mix team to deliver the refreshed Health Visiting model and evidenced by the Healthy Child Programme 0-5 years (HCP) in partnership with multi- professionals across the Early Help Integrated Neighbourhood.
