About The Role

In this position you will as an Organisational Development Lead, you will lead and deliver enterprise-wide OD initiatives that strengthen organisational effectiveness, accelerate transformation, and improve how work gets done across our markets. Operating with a consulting and strategic advisory mindset, you will diagnose root causes, shape priorities with senior leaders, and design fit-for-purpose interventions that deliver measurable outcomes. You will lead key projects including leading aspects of AI transformation partnering closely with the OD team, People Directors, Group Transformation team and senior executive stakeholders to shape ways of working, develop leadership practices and new skills. You will translate strategy into pragmatic programs, training, toolkits, and change plans, and provide clear, data-led recommendations that enable alignment and decision-making at the enterprise level.
