Lifeguard III

The Lifeguard III is responsible for the supervision of Lifeguard I and II teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of aquatic facilities. This position is based at Millenium Place Recreation Centre and works with the entire supervisory team to support all other work areas in the facility. They must also provide the highest standards of lifeguarding when on deck and react to emergency situations, providing emergency aid when required. In addition, the Lifeguard III needs to have a sound understanding of water chemistry and pool operation to ensure systems run smoothly and all Alberta Health regulations are met.
