Quality Engineer

Job Summary: The Quality Engineer is responsible to implement the material incoming, the product process, and the final product quality control throughout the product realization process. Develop the supplier quality management, define the inspection specification / standard, and coach the IQC for the raw material inspection. Provide the technical quality support in the new product introduction stage and actively understand customer requirements to create site quality control plan, inspection specification, metrology method, and final product packing method etc. Push the process optimizing, collect / analyze the raw data in process, and troubleshoot. Increase the customer satisfaction, deal with the customer complain / warranty return, and reply to the report to customer. Summarize the internal and external quality performance periodically and support QMS to maintain the ISO 9001.
