Family Partner Acenda Integrated Health is recruiting for a Outreach Family Partner to support the Family Success Center Program in Pennsville, New Jersey.

Job Overview: The Outreach Family Partner will create and facilitate family friendly events and programs to serve the follow areas in Salem County (but not limited to): Pennsville, Alloway, Elmer, and Woodstown. The ideal candidate for this role would be energetic, pleasant, enjoys meeting new people, likes to work with children and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incorporates and implements the Principles of Family Support and the Protective Factors into all aspects of their work.
  • Advocates for/with families as needed; increases the family's ability to problem-solve and advocate for themselves and their children.
  • Establishes a trusting relationship with the families. Participates and assists in coordination of Center activities and events.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Human Services, Social Work, Liberal Arts, Criminal Justice or a related field required
  • Strong engaging, communication and collaboration skills
  • Professionalism, ethics and a commitment to excellence in care
  • Must demonstrate initiative, creativity, reliability and the ability to work well independently
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Additional Information

  • Hourly Rate: $18.92
