• Experience in sales in a "B2B" environment.
• A personable individual with customer satisfaction at the heart of their decisions.
• Reliable, resourceful, and dedicated.
• Ability to bounce back easily and find solutions.

Challenges awaiting you

• Manage and prioritize customer requests from various sources (email, phone, and web sales).
• Respond to customer needs and find suitable solutions on a case-by-case basis. Follow up as necessary and quickly inform key stakeholders of customer feedback (pricing, products, service...).
• Maximize sales with customers; propose alternative and complementary products.
• Work closely with external sales staff.
• Keep your knowledge and skills up to date on offered products and systems used.
• May be called upon to negotiate prices and special terms with customers according to established criteria.
