Join HammondCare's Talent Acquisition team and help shape the future of compassionate aged and dementia care across Australia.
As part of our high-performing team of 11 recruitment professionals, you'll play a vital role in attracting exceptional talent who share our mission of improving lives through compassionate, relationship-based care, guided by Christian values, for people in need regardless of their circumstances or beliefs.
We're seeking an experienced recruiter/resourcer for an exciting project within the Dementia Support Australia portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate engagement and excels at identifying quality talent. You’ll recruit for Dementia Support Coaches and Consultants whose work has a meaningful impact on the lives of people living with dementia, their families, and care providers across the country.
This is part-time opportunity 2 days per week for 6 months commencing end September/beginning October, based in St Leonards with hybrid working opportunities.
How you’ll make an impact
- Screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements and organisational values
- Conduct engaging candidate phone interviews and assessments
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within Workday

About you
- 5+ years' recruitment experience gained within an agency and/or internal talent acquisition environment
- Strong candidate assessment and screening skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Passion for delivering a positive candidate experience
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential, with Workday experience highly regarded
