About The Role

As a CCE, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from creation to execution. This includes reviewing and analyzing contracts, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will manage the claims process, investigating and resolving claims efficiently and fairly.

Review and analyze contracts, identifying key terms and conditions.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
Ensure contract compliance and adherence to legal and industry standards.
Manage the claims process, including claim intake, investigation, and resolution.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts and claims.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
Provide regular updates and reports on contract and claims status to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management.
Assist in developing and implementing contract management policies and procedures.
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the contract and claims process.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation techniques.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with a high volume of contracts.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using contract management software and MS Office suite.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to industry changes.
