About The Role
PBX Operator at Kadlec Regional Medical Center
Under the direction of the Manager, Patient Access, answers all incoming calls to the Medical Center. Transfers appropriately and assists others in making outgoing calls, Monitors and reports switchboard malfunctions and performs clerical functions and does related work as required.

Shift Details
- Part time, Evening Shift, 20 working hours weekly
Required Qualifications
- 6 months Customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework/Training Courses in office practices.
- Medical setting experience.
