Relationship Manager - Business Loans - RFB - Direct - Aligarh - Shree Deepam - J Grades

• Experience in Direct Sourcing + Connector/DSA network is mandatory
• Current Role Fit (Must-have exposure)

Candidate should currently be handling one of

• Relationship Manager / Sr. Sales Executive / Sales officer or equivalent (Recommended)
• Managing individual sales target ownership (₹30–50L+ monthly)
• Experience working with DSAs / connectors / referral channels

Productivity Benchmark

Must demonstrate

• Average monthly disbursal ≥ ₹25–40 lakhs (last 6 months)
• Stable performance; avoid high volatility profiles
• Direct sourcing (self-generated leads)
• Connector / DSA-driven business
• Should have an existing connector network
• Strong understanding of: Test to be created for RMs
• Business Loan products (secured/unsecured)
• Basic credit policy, income assessment, banking programs
• Ability to structure cases and coordinate with credit teams
