About The Role

Coordinates and monitors student/faculty/staff compliance for university and contractual requirements. Assists with the development and implementation of Hub policies and procedures for the maintenance of compliance. Serve as a compliance liaison for all Health Science schools or colleges and individual students in the coordination of all clinical and service-learning experiences. Monitors regulatory updates initiated by clinical placement sites and regulatory bodies.

Essential Functions

  • Coordination and tracking of immunizations, drug screens, fingerprinting, background checks, compliance training, forms, and attestations. With applicable professional healthcare licensure: Interprets lab results for compliance
  • Coordinates compliance efforts with the contracting team. Engages with students/faculty/staff around their compliance requirements, Facilitates relationships with all academic and clinical partners
  • Generates reports, analyzes data, and shares information with internal and external stakeholders. Participates in the auditing process. Facilitates the process of document management.
  • Assists in development of Hub content, guides, procedures, and policies. Collaborate with Hub Compliance Coordinators to support contractual site onboarding requirements, including providing compliance cross-training and assistance as needed. Ensures adherence to HIPAA, PHI, and FERPA requirements associated with contractual obligations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred;
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance and/or a health sciences background preferred.
  • Professional healthcare licensure preferred.
