Under general supervision, the building cleaner performs cleaning tasks and operates various types of cleaning equipment for assigned buildings.

Arrive on time and ready to perform all assigned shift duties.
Clean offices and work areas, including emptying trash, replacing liners, and cleaning windows and windowsills.
Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and ensure they are properly stocked with necessary supplies.
Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked janitorial closets.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Report any maintenance issues, supply needs, or concerns to the supervisor.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM

Must be at least 18 years old and successfully pass a background check.
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus.
Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive cleaning motions.
Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
