About the role

As our Product Manager - LEGO® Play App Experience Team you'll shape key experiences within the LEGO Play app, from first-time user journeys to content discovery and navigation across games, creative tools, and campaigns. You'll use insights, analytics, experimentation, and close collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Product leaders to identify opportunities and deliver meaningful improvements for both child users and internal content and marketing partners. This temporary role is a unique opportunity to build hands-on product management experience while owning roadmap areas from discovery through launch and optimisation.

Please note: Relocation support is not available for this role. This is a FTC role until 30th September 2027.

Required Qualifications

  • Delivered product roadmaps and prioritisation decisions for digital products or features.
  • Used analytics, customer insights, and research to identify product opportunities and measure outcomes.
  • Led experimentation activities, including A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
  • Built successful partnerships within cross-functional teams.
  • Communicated product strategy, trade-offs, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Demonstrated measurable customer or business outcomes from product initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Managed mobile app product experiences from discovery through launch.
  • Applied user research methods to inform product decisions and feature development.
  • Supported digital products focused on children's engagement and experiences.
  • Worked with complex digital product ecosystems involving multiple connected experiences.

What you'll build

  • Improve onboarding, content discovery, and navigation experiences within the LEGO Play app.
  • Define and track engagement, retention, and sign-up metrics for new features and experiences.
  • Partner with teams across the product portfolio to create seamless user journeys.
  • Use experimentation, analytics, and user feedback to guide product decisions.
  • Deliver roadmap initiatives that create measurable impact for users and the business.

Life on the team

You'll join the DCE Product Team within the LEGO Play App Experience Team. Together, we create safe, engaging, and meaningful digital experiences for children around the world. You'll work alongside experienced product, design, engineering, content, and marketing colleagues while building your own product management capabilities. It's a collaborative environment where stakeholder management, thoughtful communication, and practical problem-solving help us move ideas into experiences that make a real difference.

What success looks like

Success means improving experiences for millions of users. Over time, you'll establish ownership of your roadmap area, launch impactful initiatives, strengthen experimentation and analytics practices, and improve key engagement, retention, and sign-up metrics. You'll work closely with Design Leads, Engineering Leads, the LEGO Play Strategic Product Manager, Marketing teams, Content teams, other product teams, and senior stakeholders to help shape the next phase of the LEGO Play experience.
