About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary technology leader to define and lead the enterprise technology agenda across manufacturing, supply chain, and product engineering. This executive will connect enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, data, manufacturing, and supply chain capabilities to deliver business impact at scale.

The SVP, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technology will partner closely with Operations, Digital Technology, and business leaders to translate strategy into scalable capabilities that improve operational efficiency, quality, resilience, and business value.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or product engineering environments.
  • Experience leading large, complex technology organizations through transformation, capability building, and operating model evolution.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, supply chain platforms, data and analytics, automation, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large investment portfolios, prioritize strategic trade-offs, and connect technology decisions to measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional executive stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a common technology vision and agenda.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent senior enterprise leadership experience will also be considered

What You'll Build

Leadership & Strategy

Define and execute the technology strategy for manufacturing, supply chain, and product engineering, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term business objectives.

Innovation & Technology

Accelerate adoption of emerging technologies, including IoT, AI, automation, advanced analytics, and digital platforms to improve productivity, quality, decision-making, and operational resilience.

End-to-End Value Chain Integration

Drive technology integration across manufacturing, supply chain, product engineering, and commercial interfaces to enable consistent, scalable, and efficient ways of working.

Team & Capability Leadership

Build and lead a high-performing technology organization, developing the talent, capabilities, culture, and operating model required to deliver sustained transformation.

Execution & Delivery

Oversee the delivery of strategic digital initiatives, ensuring strong governance, disciplined execution, achievement of commitments, and realization of business benefits.

Portfolio & Investment Accountability

Own and optimize major technology investments, portfolios, and capability decisions, ensuring effective prioritization, transparency in trade-offs, and measurable value creation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Foster strong cross-functional and global collaboration across Operations, Digital Technology, and enterprise stakeholders to strengthen architectural alignment, technology coherence, and shared accountability for outcomes.

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, drive large-scale transformation, and partner with executives across Operations, Digital Technology, and Product Engineering.

What Success Looks Like

The SVP, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technology defines and leads the enterprise technology agenda across manufacturing, supply chain, and product engineering. Success in this role means translating business strategy into scalable digital capabilities that enhance operational efficiency, quality, resilience, and measurable business value.

This leader partners closely across Operations and Digital Technology to drive architectural consistency, prioritize strategic investments, accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies, and deliver transformation outcomes at scale.
